Out with the movies, in with the dinks. A struggling Rohnert Park mall just got a massive shot of adrenaline.
According to the Press Democrat, the old Reading Cinemas is now Centerline 33, the North Bay’s largest pickleball complex. This 80,000-square-foot facility features 17 indoor and 16 outdoor courts, swapping cinema screens for a high-tech gym and wellness spa.
Developers kept the theater’s nostalgic decor but added padded indoor floors that players say are a lifesaver for their knees. Beyond the game, the club offers cold plunges, infrared saunas, and upcoming physical therapy.
