Santa Rosa police are investigating a Tuesday evening crash that sent a vehicle tumbling toward the Santa Rosa Creek.
The accident occurred around 5 p.m. on Fourth Street near Rogers Way. Authorities say an 87-year-old Santa Rosa man lost control of his vehicle, veered off the roadway, and went down a hillside.
Investigators believe a medical emergency may have triggered the incident. The driver was transported to a local hospital; fortunately, his injuries are described as non-life-threatening.
