A routine traffic stop in Santa Rosa late Friday night led to the arrest of a Rohnert Park man on multiple felony charges.
52-year-old Gabriel Lindsey was initially detained for equipment violations, but a subsequent search at the Sonoma County Jail uncovered a dozen baggies of cocaine hidden in his shoe.
Following the discovery, investigators served a search warrant at Lindsey’s residence, where they seized a stolen 10-millimeter Glock and over two ounces of suspected cocaine. Lindsey, a convicted felon prohibited from owning weapons, now faces charges including possession of a stolen firearm and narcotics for sale. He remains in custody at the Sonoma County Jail as the investigation continues.
The Santa Rosa Police Department cited the bust as part of their ongoing commitment to community safety.
