The historic Sebastiani Theatre celebrated 92 years in the heart of Sonoma this month with a spectacular “Golden Age of Hollywood” gala.
According to the Sonoma Index-Tribune, on Saturday, April 11, more than 200 guests donned 1930s black and gold to support the Italian Renaissance-style landmark.
The event was a major success for the Sebastiani Theatre Foundation, raising approximately $130,000 to ensure the venue’s future. Foundation President Jocelyn Vick noted that the evening served as a way to give back to the community that has gathered here for decades.
Since its founding in 2008, the nonprofit has been vital in keeping the theatre’s doors open and its vintage charm alive.
