Former Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax killed wife, self: Police

(NEW YORK) — Justin Fairfax, the former Virginia lieutenant governor, killed his wife, Cerina, before taking his own life in their home, police said Thursday.

Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis told reporters that there was an “ongoing domestic dispute surrounding a complicated of messy divorce.”

Fairfax served as lieutenant governor between 2018 and 2022.
