Sonoma County Begins Mailing Ballots For June Primary Election

Official vote-by-mail ballots for the June 2nd Statewide Direct Primary are heading to mailboxes across Sonoma County starting this morning.

Registrar of Voters Evelyn Mendez says residents can also vote early in person at the Registrar’s new office on Brickway Boulevard in Santa Rosa. Voters have multiple options for returning their ballots, including twenty-three official drop boxes opening tomorrow or thirty-two area vote centers available later this month.

Election officials warn that those using the mail should act early to ensure their ballot is postmarked by the June 2nd deadline. Comprehensive candidate information and an interactive map of polling locations are available at SoCoVotes-dot-com.

Residents are also encouraged to sign up for “Where’s My Ballot” to track their vote through the mail, text, or email.
