A man accused of murdering a woman near Rohnert Park more than 40 years ago made his first court appearance on Wednesday. Sixty-five-year-old Alfredo Carretero Jr. was arraigned on one count of murder. He will be back in court on October 18th to enter a plea. The victim, 37-year-old Noelle Russo Kinzie was found dead near Sonoma State University on June 27th, 1983. Carretero was identified as a suspect through DNA evidence.
