Petaluma police have a man in custody after he allegedly broke into a car and attacked the people inside. Twenty-one-year-old Luis Morales was arrested Thursday for the crime that police say happened on September 22nd after a football game at Petaluma High School. Police say Morales came up to the victims’ car and tried to block them from leaving, then got the door open and seriously injured one person in a violent assault. He then went inside the car and attacked another person in the backseat. No one in the group knew the suspect.
