Windsor is extending its parklet program. A three-year pilot program, first passed by the Windsor Town Council amid the pandemic in 2020, allows restaurants and retailers in Downtown Windsor to have outdoor seating areas called parklets. The Town Council is extending the program another 45 days. The council has also voted to amend Windsor’s zoning code to include regulations governing the design and construction of parklets.
