A loaded handgun was found in a vehicle near Santa Rosa’s Courthouse Square. On Saturday near midnight, Santa Rosa police saw several men in a parked vehicle, drinking a bottle of alcohol. The men were detained as officers searched the car. They found a loaded 9mm handgun and determined it belong to 23-year-old Trayvon Manning, who was in the vehicle. Manning was arrested for possession of a concealed firearm and carrying a firearm in public.
