Former residents of Santa Rosa’s Journey End mobile home park now have a bit longer to apply for new affordable apartments being built on the same land. The application deadline to lease one of the first 94 units was May 1st. But, developer Burbank Housing is now extending the deadline through May 15th. To be eligible, applicants must be former residents of the Journey’s End mobile home park who were displaced by the Tubbs Fire in 2017. Thirty-two former residents had applied as of last Friday.
