A Santa Rosa man has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for DUI causing injury. Augie Lamar Delariva caused a chain-reaction crash on Highway 101 in April of 2021. A number of people were injured. The 32-year-old Delariva plead no contest this past April. Sonoma County District Attorney Carla Rodriguez says Delariva was driving with nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system. Prosecutors say he was driving 70 miles an hour when he rear-ended several cars that were stopped in traffic.
