Santa Rosa City Schools is in the process of relocating its headquarters. The district offices are currently in ten portable buildings next to Ridgway High School. The buildings are 70-years-old and falling apart, posing a health and safety risk to staff who work in them. The district says the roofs are beyond repair and the HVAC systems don’t work. And, rental AC units are costing 55-hundred-dollars per month.
