Local citizens help Sonoma County Deputies locate a man on a dirt bike evading capture. On Sunday afternoon, a deputy was on patrol in Moorland when he saw a man riding a dirt bike without a license plate, headlight, brake light, mirrors, or blinkers. He attempted a traffic stop but the bike sped away leading to a chase. Deputies stopped their pursuit after the high speeds made it too dangerous. However, several witnesses let deputies know where the biker went, a house on the 500 block of Southwood Avenue. After a brief struggle, deputies were then able to arrest the rider, 25-year-old Victor Rubalcaba. He was charged with various felony and misdemeanor violations.
