An 18-year-old man from Santa Rosa is behind bars on suspicion of murder after allegedly shooting a man to death during an argument. A 34-year-old man was shot in an apartment in east Santa Rosa at about 8:45 Wednesday morning. Police say the suspect, Troy Henry, was the person who called 911 after the shooting. He surrendered peacefully when officers arrived. The victim was shot multiple times and died at a hospital.
