Two men from Sebastopol have been arrested after recklessly driving on Christmas Eve at Dillon Beach in Marin County. Late Sunday afternoon, driver Dennis LaRose and his passenger Connor Roush were seen in a white pickup truck spinning doughnuts in a parking lot by the beach and then driving away after hitting a kiosk. Marin County firefighters found the pair in the truck parked on Dillon Beach Road. Both men were way over the legal limit. LaRose was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run while Roush was charged with public intoxication. Roush had to be hospitalized first before going to jail due to high blood alcohol content.
