The Bay Area could be at risk of a possible norovirus outbreak. A cruise ship with sick passengers docked in San Francisco Tuesday and set sail last night. More than 150 people on board the Queen Victoria suffered a gastrointestinal illness in the two weeks since it left Florida. The CDC says all of them were isolated and the ship was disinfected. It’s now headed to Hawaii with a final destination of Australia next month.
