No Injuries in Road Rage Gunfire in Downtown Santa Rosa

There are no reports of injuries after two drivers exchanged gunfire in Downtown Santa Rosa. Investigators say four rounds were fired during a road rage incident, which started shortly before noon Wednesday. One of the drivers was detained by police, but it’s unclear if both will be arrested. Investigators say the driver of a Volkswagen SUV fired the first shot at another car, then followed the second driver. The Volkswagen driver fired two more rounds before the other driver fired back at least once. The Volkswagen driver was detained after leading police on a chase, then ditching the SUV and running into a parking structure.
