PG&E is investigating the cause of a power outage that impacted nearly two-thousand homes and businesses in Petaluma. The outage was reported at about 5:45 Thursday afternoon and was mostly resolved in about two hours. The power outage also knocked out some traffic signals, prompting Petaluma police to issue an alert to residents.
