Several areas in Cloverdale will take part in an evacuation exercise this weekend. This Sunday from 9 AM to 11 AM, the Sonoma County Department of Emergency Management will hold an evacuation exercise for the areas of Clover Springs, Palomino Lakes and Highland Ranch. The purpose of the exercise is to help residents familiarize themselves with evacuation routes; safely practice evacuating using those routes; and exercise the SoCoAlert system to notify participating residents and to encourage more to register. The evacuation route will lead to the Cloverdale Fairgrounds Auditorium on Citrus Fair Drive. You can register for the drill at SoCoTest.Org.
