An American Canyon High School student is out of custody after being arrested on campus on Monday. Eighteen-year-old Avtar Hansra is accused of having a gun on campus while being under the influence of marijuana. He is accused of possessing concentrated cannabis inside a marijuana vape pen and an unregistered Glock handgun. School officials say there were no threats made to students or employees.
