A convicted felon was arrested in Rohnert Park after being found with various weapons and drugs. Early Sunday morning, an officer noticed a vehicle showing equipment and registration violations in the area of Golf Course Drive and Roberts Lake Road. The officer determined that the driver had a suspended license for DUI, was a convicted felon, and had searchable probation and active warrants for his arrest. A search of the vehicle found a short barrel shotgun with ammo, various knives including a butterfly knife, tomahawks and a machete; drugs and drug paraphernalia; and a BB gun. The driver was arrested on several charges and his vehicle was impounded.
