An employee of a bakery in Santa Rosa is recovering in the hospital after getting his arm trapped in a machine. Santa Rosa firefighters rescued the man at Franco American Bakery on Wednesday afternoon. His arm was stuck in the gears of an overhead proofer, which is used to boost yeast. First responders stopped his arm from being crushed and had to dismantle the machine to free him. Authorities say his arm is still intact.
