The cause of an outbuilding fire in Santa Rosa is under investigation. A storage building at the closed Whiskey Tip bar went up in flames at about 4:20 Wednesday afternoon, sending a huge plume of dark smoke into the sky. Firefighters had the fire under control in about 15 minutes. There are no reports of injuries or major property damage.
