Millions of Californians are about to find out their power bills are rising again. State regulators will be voting today on a new request from PG&E to tack on another six bucks before the end of the year. The company says it’s to cover expenses paid during a slew of winter storms that caused outages. If the new charges are approved, the increase would bring bills back up after customers received a temporary reduction in July.
