Mary’s Pizza Shack has filed for bankruptcy. The company says it’s the final step in a process to preserve the Mary’s brand. Previously the company had split into smaller family-owned units. Mary’s now says in a press release that as part of the bankruptcy process, the granddaughters of founder Mary Fazio will acquire the Mary’s brand, and that all of its locations will remain open.
