Early voting is underway across California. Millions can now drop off or cast a ballot in person. This isn’t expected to have a major change on the presidential race, but could affect others. Counties won’t release results until after 8 p.m. on Election Day. And because of a state law, those results won’t be certified until December 3rd. The delay gives voters more time to fix any returned ballots due to missing or incorrect signatures.
