Petaluma residents may be experiencing difficulties reaching 911 due to an ongoing AT&T service issue.
The Petaluma Police Department has advised residents who cannot reach 911 to call 707-762-2727 for emergency assistance.
The cause of the outage and an estimated resolution time are currently unknown. AT&T has not yet responded to requests for comment.
