W. Sweet Cup, a specialty tea shop located in the Santa Rosa Plaza, has closed its doors.
The shop, which opened in June, offered dessert drinks and Hong Kong-style teas. The owner cited low customer traffic and ongoing financial losses as reasons for the closure.
This comes on the heels of the Grill Santa Rosa’s closure, though another restaurant, Ah! Huevo, is set to take its place. Despite these closures, the Santa Rosa Plaza is undergoing renovations with several new tenants on the horizon, including Dave & Busters and P.F. Chang’s.
P.F. Chang’s, originally slated to open by the end of last year, has announced a delay until the end of 2025.
