A man who was shot to death at an apartment complex in southeast Santa Rosa has been identified as 20-year-old Benjamin Adair.
Adair died last Saturday night, after being shot in the neck. A suspect, 23-year-old Devin McKenzie, is behind bars in connection with the shooting. Police say McKenzie opened fire after Adair stabbed him.
Police call it a dispute between friends that turned deadly.
