The San Rafael restaurant and music venue owned by Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh is up for sale. The Terrapin Crossroads first opened in 2012 and permanently closed down last November. The San Francisco Chronicle says the 15-thousand-square-foot space on Yacht Drive is on the market for five-million-dollars. It includes kitchen and bar equipment, a 150-space parking lot, an outdoor dining patio and boat docks. The 81-year-old Lesh was one of the founding members of the Grateful Dead in the 1960s.
