A Marin City man is under arrest in connection to last weekend’s shooting that left an Oakland man dead. Marin County sheriff’s investigators say Sel Charvet Butler Junior is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an occupied vehicle. Police say Butler opened fire on the parked car Sunday morning, killing Michael Rogers. He is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
