The suspect behind bars in connection with a deadly shooting at a warehouse party near Santa Rosa has been charged. On Tuesday, 20-year-old David Morales from Novato was charged with murder and attempted murder. One person was killed and another was wounded in the shooting, which happened at about midnight Saturday. Investigators say at least 100 people were gathered at the warehouse between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Police are trying to find out if the party goers had permission to be there.
