Legendary gymnast Heidi Moneymaker is going into the UCLA athletic hall of fame. Moneymaker was raised in Santa Rosa and graduated from Montgomery High School before going on to lead the Bruins to two NCAA gymnastics national titles. She also won several individual national titles and All-American honors in the late 1990’s. Moneymaker, now 45, will join the company of Jackie Robinson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, John Wooden and other UCLA sports icons when she’s officially inducted into the hall fame later this year.
