Sonoma County Focus SoCo Adapts
Host Michelle Marques talks with Caerleon Safford, Program Manager for Permit Sonoma, Fire Prevention Division and Ivan O’Neill, Co-Founder and CEO of Madronus Wildfire Defense about the SoCo Adapts program. Through grants from FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and other grants, this program is offering FREE assessments for both Defensible Space and Home Wildfire Risk for certain properties in Sonoma County. These are not code enforcements, these are free assessments to help you identify things to do to keep your home and property safe by reducing risks. Some of these risk reductions projects could be as simple as cleaning
