Celebrity chef Michael Chiarello died from a lack of oxygen in his brain after suffering a heart attack. That’s according to a new report from the Napa County Coroner’s Office. Chiarello suffered a heart attack while hospitalized in early October. He was rushed to the hospital after going into anaphylactic shock from an allergic reaction. It is not clear what caused Chiarello’s allergic reaction. The 61-year-old did not have any known allergies.
