The person or people responsible for a double homicide near Downtown Napa are still on the loose. Two victims, a 17-year-old girl and a 19-year-old woman, were found shot on Saturday night. They were down an embankment along the Napa River. Police say the two victims knew each other and have family in Napa. They do not believe this was a random shooting. These mark the first homicides in the city of Napa since 2022.
