A man has been sentenced to 120 days in jail for his role in a pig’s blood vandalism case in Santa Rosa. Colin Metcalfe, who was sentenced Tuesday, can serve the sentence under work release. Metcalfe smeared pig’s blood on the former home of a police investigator who testified in the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who killed George Floyd in 2020. A judge also ordered Metcalfe to not interact with the other defendants in the case and to stay away from the woman who owns the home.
