Despite some allegations of racism, the City of Rohnert Park will continue to work with SHARE Sonoma County. City staff found SHARE Sonoma County is meeting Rohnert Park’s expectations and is providing housing and care to the city’s black population. In 2023, 30-percent of SHARE’s Rohnert Park clients were Black. City Staff have recommended that SHARE translate more of its marketing and outreach materials into Spanish and have more training on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
