A restaurant in Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square has shut down after undergoing a million dollars in upgrades. The bar and restaurant, called 19TEN, permanently closed earlier this month. It was open for less than a year. The million dollars in renovations went toward lighting fixtures, furniture and kitchen upgrades. One of the co-owners, Brad Barmore, says the 19TEN never saw the customer traffic he had hoped for.
