One person is dead after a fatal solo-vehicle crash southwest of Petaluma near the border of Marin and Sonoma counties. It happened yesterday afternoon on Point Reyes-Petaluma Road near McEvoy Ranch where a car overturned on a blind curve in the roadway. One person was trapped inside and was pronounced dead. Both directions of Point Reyes-Petaluma Road were closed for hours. No information is available on how the crash occurred or who died.
