The Press Democrat reports Windsor firefighters performed a rare ladder rescue Thursday night after a teenager fell 15 feet from the Windsor High School gymnasium roof following the fireworks show.
The teen suffered minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. Crews navigated heavy traffic, aided by the Sheriff’s Office. Earlier, firefighters also responded to a suspicious fire at Windsor Creek Elementary, which caused minor damage and is now under investigation.
