A Santa Rosa father was arrested Tuesday following a five-month investigation into a serious June car crash that injured him and his three young sons.
The Press Democrat reports forty-five-year-old Timothy Norman was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI causing injury and three counts of felony child endangerment with injury. Police say a toxicology report revealed Norman had drugs in his system during the June 2nd crash on West Third Street.
The incident occurred when the minivan Norman was driving struck a city truck and then hit two trees, leaving Norman and his sons, ages 5, 11, and 12, with severe injuries.
Norman was booked into the Sonoma County jail on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
