SRPD Arrest Transient For Vandalizing PG&E Building

The Santa Rosa Police arrested 45-year-old Michael Owen early Wednesday morning for allegedly burglarizing and vandalizing a PG&E building near Stony Point Road.

Police responded to an alarm and found Owen inside the structure, causing extensive damage. The damage, including flooded carpets and holes in walls, is estimated to cost between $10,000 and $20,000 to repair.

Owen, a transient on probation, was booked into Sonoma County Jail on charges including felony vandalism and burglary.
