A Stockton man is ordered to stand trial for allegedly shoving former racecar driver Chase Johnson out of a wheelchair during a NASCAR event.
Police say Alexander Rosiles was working as a contracted security guard at the July 13th event when he allegedly refused Johnsons access to a disabled parking area and then shoved Johnson. Johnson hit his head and briefly lost consciousness.
Rosiles was charged with assault and battery, and released on bail. The Johnsons’ civil lawsuit alleging assault and battery is ongoing.
Court discussions in the civil case are scheduled for February 10th.
