The Santa Rosa City Council is considering formally admonishing Councilmember Dianna MacDonald after an independent investigation found she violated city conduct and anti-harassment policies.
The investigation concluded MacDonald made unwelcome sexual comments about her relationship with a city parks employee, exhibited negative behavior toward staff, and attempted to use her position to influence decisions benefiting her partner. The council will review the findings and vote on the censure motion during its December 16th meeting.
A censure would not remove her from office.
