Petaluma City Schools is preparing for a major year as district leaders plan 229-million-dollars in new construction and facility upgrades.
The school board unanimously approved the implementation plan on December 9th, allocating bond funds for improvements including new roofing and classrooms, with projects expected to be completed by 2033.
The funding comes from two bond measures, Measure AA and Measure Z, and cannot be used for other purposes.
