Nextdoor has just released its 2026 rankings for the friendliest spots in Santa Rosa, and Oakmont Village is taking home the top honor.
The rankings aren’t just based on vibes—Nextdoor analyzed real data from millions of interactions, including how often neighbors help each other out, share free items, and recommend local businesses.
Following Oakmont in the top five are Rincon Valley South, the Junior College area, Bennett Valley, and Western Santa Rosa. According to Nextdoor, these scores highlight where community pride is highest and where new residents are most likely to get a warm welcome from their neighbors.
