A staple of Healdsburg’s luxury lodging scene has changed hands. New York-based AWH Partners announced it has finalized the purchase of Hotel Trio for $38 million.
The North Bay Business Journal reports the 122-room, all-suite property on Dry Creek Road—famed for its room-service robot named “Rosé”—was previously operated by Marriott since its 2018 opening. The sale price averages out to roughly $311,000 per room.
New owners say the acquisition is the first for their latest strategic income fund, citing Healdsburg’s status as one of the country’s premier luxury destinations. While the hotel remains part of the Marriott Bonvoy brand, daily operations have now shifted to Spire Hospitality.
