Duchamp Healdsburg Reopens After Major Transformation

Healdsburg’s downtown landscape just got a luxury upgrade as the Duchamp Healdsburg officially reopens its doors following a massive ground-up reconstruction.

According to the North Bay Business Journal, owners Mark and Marie Luzaich have expanded the property from six to 20 high-end suites, transitioning the site into a residential-style retreat with rates starting at $750 per night.

The redesigned campus features four distinct buildings surrounding a signature 50-foot pool and a new boutique spa, all designed by Colorado-based Shalls Design Studio. Each suite offers a private patio and curated amenities like Smeg refrigerators and Polaroid cameras, aiming to give travelers a genuine connection to Wine Country living.

Located just steps from the historic Healdsburg Plaza, the hotel is now welcoming guests for overnight stays and private events.
